SPX Store is the official online store for purchasing SPX software, plugins, HTML graphic templates and add-ons for broadcast and live production. We use Paddle as our payment processor and Merchant On Record, ensuring a secure and seamless checkout experience. By purchasing through our store, you can be confident that you're getting genuine, tested SPX products.
SPX Graphics does not store any personal information or payment details.
Taxes
Businesses only.
For company purchases, you can enter the VAT Number or Sales Tax ID and company address in the second part of the checkout flow for tax free prices.
If your organization has a US Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, Paddle can issue a tax refund only after the order has been paid. Send the tax exemption documentation to the buyer support team via assist@paddle.com. Support team will review the documentation and issue the tax refund accordingly if the documentation is valid.
All tax calculations are managed by payment processor Paddle and SPX Graphics cannot affect them.
Licenses
Most downloads from SPX Store are licensed under SPX Store License.
Support and Maintenance
Typically, support and maintenance are provided for a specified period after purchase, ensuring that you receive updates for your SPX products. For SPX Solo this period is 1 year, during which you are entitled to receive updates to the software as they are released. After the support period ends, you can continue using the software, but you won't receive updates unless you renew your license.
We have SLA Support available for SPX Production and SPX Broadcast, which provides guaranteed response times and dedicated support for critical issues. For more details on our support options, please visit our Support page.
Graphics, templates and plugins have a warranty of one year, but maintenance updates are not provided automatically to existing users. If you need help with your purchase, please contact support.
