SPX Graphics' touchscreen is different.
Finally a touchscreen for every day use!
Prepare complex news stories on your laptop using SPX templates, then publish the full presentation to the studio touchscreen device for live presentation.
SPX Touchscreen™ is workflow and an extension of the SPX Graphics Controller for daily touchscreen presentations in the news studio.
It allows producers and journalists to prepare and practise presentations on their own computers or laptops and publish them to the SPX Graphics Touchscreen instance in the studio for live presentation.
Workflow
How the SPX Touchscreen integrates with your existing workflow.
- Your touchscreen device with video inputs and USB connectivity
- SPX Broadcast Server software with SPX Touchscreen extension running on your hardware
- SPX Graphics Controller instances running on various devices, such as producer's laptops, for planning and preparations
- Collection of pre-designed templates optimized for touchscreen use. The system comes with a set of default templates, but your design department can create new ones as needed, or our Creative Services can also help creating custom solutions that meet your specific requirements. See this election project as an example.
Once the presentation is ready, it can be published to the SPX Touchscreen instance in the studio for live presentation using the "Send rundown" feature.
The system has several settings for changing the interface, such as color themes, button layouts, and other options to suit the presenter's preferences.
Schedule a Zoom call with our SPX expert to discuss your workflow and how SPX Touchscreen can help deliver touchscreen presentations cost-effectively.
